https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30902695/ - 2.2 mm shortening on avg
https://www.researchgate.net/public...cation_in_an_ophthalmic_surgeon_A_case_report - 2.5 mm shortening case
you can clearly tell in which picture her IPD is lower
in my case im 2-3 mm away from an ideal IPD despite otherwise perfect eye ratios (1:1 PFL to ICD ratio), so it seems like a solution since for me its likely because of soft tissue rather than bone. has anyone tried the drops and measured a reduction? if it really does destroy the fat around the eye itself then some gains should be kept if its used long enough i'm assuming. though from the images there does seem to be a trade off of increasing UEE (short term while on) to get a narrower IPD (0.48 -> 0.46 ESR in my case) and likely longer lashes, but it seems worth it
what do you guys think?
