Has anyone tried body recomp (-200calories) for leanmaxx
 
im gonna go -200 cut so i was windering if i can lose face fat that wa
Ofc just gonna take for ever and 200 kcal is hard to track because u can easily fuck up a 200 kcal deficit
 
Not for a long enough time, or visually perceptive degree.

But it’s 100% confirmed based off countless studies, and anecdotal experiences from lifters/bodybuilding coaches that recomping can and will work.

Lose fat and muscle or gain fat and muscle.
You can’t build muscle without being in a surplus.
You can’t gain weight without eating more.
Make a sacrifice

Recomp only works if:
- New lifter
- coming back after long break
- steriods
 
A 200 calorie deficit is not a recomp it’s a cut. You will lose weight if you eat 200 below maintenance.
 
Lose fat and muscle or gain fat and muscle.
You can’t build muscle without being in a surplus.
You can’t gain weight without eating more.
Make a sacrifice
You can gain muscle while loosing fat at the same time. Especially when looking at obese people and beginners. I think we have all seen that one fat guy at the gym who has slowly lost a big chunk of fat while still looking and being very strong.

easiest way to leanmaxx :

find a bodybuilder that is 4 inches shorter than you at 7 percent body fat and copy them.

say bye bye to your gums, dick girth, and hairline for a few months or forever

The laws of thermodynamics don’t apply to you? Explain how you can lose calories and build muscle which you need to gain calories in order to achieve.

You just look more muscular because you lost fat
