I use claw hammer to bone smash. There is definitely increase in bone density, size not substantial.

Just use your knuckle

You can gain bone easily you're doing it wrong if there's no noticeable difference

Yeah you'll get results quickly but you need to be careful where you do it so you don't fuck up your face

Yes ramus, mandible, undereyes, chin, also brow ridge is stronger (eyes more hooded). Stopped smashing my cheekbones cuz it made my face too wide

I do but knuckle hits don't feel anymore, even if I hit hard. Hammer on the other hand still feels like it's doing sth.

Stopped on brow because I got carried away n gave myself ogre brow ridge
