If you're talking about physical carding which includes cashing out from ATMs with cloned cards, that method barely works now. I have some experience in it although I don't do it anymore. One thing you can do is buy fullz(it includes full data of the owner including the cc) then with VPN and proxies match their country and use a BTC site that doesn't require KYC verification under a specific amount(mostly 500$) to buy BTC. Make sure your BTC wallet is not ur main one. You can make wallets without verification(I recommend electrum) once u get the BTC you then have to convert it into Monero to make it anonymous. You can also use a BTC mixer, but I recommend Monero. After that you convert Monero to BTC to your main account and you figure out the rest. Trust me you don't need the dark web to learn about it. Mostly because most of them are inactive and provide expired methods. If you're looking for forums for carding, I would suggest Craxpro and legendzforum. Keep in mind that carding as a method is fairly simple if you follow the steps, but you can mess up at every step so it's obviously dangerous. If you wanna go deeper into that tho I suggest starting cybersec. The skills you get from that will be very useful. If you wanna make it your career you can get financial aid very easily on coursera google cybersecurity certificate. I personally have done it myself. Although it's a bit boring at the start it gets better. once you're done it just goes deeper if you're going blackhat you'll probably find yourself on the dark web and some illegal groups. whatever you do with that knowledge is up to you but it's pretty useful to know if you're trying to earn money esp in carding and spamming. If the knowledge you get from Coursera isn't enough just go on stuff like Udemy copy the title of the course you need paste it into the Yandex search bar and add free. you will 90% of the time get that course torrent or magnet file to get it for free and learn wtv is in it. (also edit: I forgot to answer your question. in my opinion best carding method is probably cc to btc or amazon carding.)
