i am debating going for box classes and was wondering if anyone tried this and how it affected his
-body
-mood
-confidence with women
Also did you do personal with a coach or in a group?i kinda feel groups might be a bit meme tier since they are filled with normies and middle aged women,no way they are working hard enough or harder than i am doing in my gym

Did Thai boxing for a while, it will improve your confidence massively and calm you down.

It’s for sure a good thing to do, would recommend.

I trained boxing, did both group sessions and personal with the coach. Since the training there was focused for international level competition the people that attended there were not messing around.

You feel good, it's fun, and it gives you a high and trust on yourself like nothing else, you basically feel invincible when walking the streets.

However it was not something i wanted to do long term so I had to stop. Now I only train with a punching bag and rarely any sparring.
