If you are talking about hair on your head it won't make it hair that existed pre minoxidil dependent on consistent use of the drug. Any hair you gain on your head will be dependent on the drug but it isn't as if your entire scalp will. As far as facial hair goes you can use it and stop minoxidil keeping the progress.

I’ve been doing it for a while with no side effects, obviously don’t do a crazy amount, 3-4 drops is plenty. I’ve noticed my hair grows at about a normal rate besides from the extra hairs minox gives me

Nah nothing dependent
Minoxidil works fine I have tried it myself results in 3 months
But someone told me it interferes with testosterone and androgen receptors so am quite scared of using it nowadays
