Has anyone tried the 5/3/1 Program?

Im just thinking of going on an actually good program now, so far I did Rows, Bench 5x5 and OHP 6x5 and I think its time to change and speed up the process, I heard all who take this program take a glory of gains.

Has anyone done 5/3/1 yet?
 
Just go on a split don't do any of this lol

Don't feed this BS to him man. Splits are horrible for natties

Push/Pull/Legs is one of the best programs. Or full body 3x a week. @FatmanO

Yeh 5/3/! is 3x a week
 
Continue using your current novice LP untill you stall. There is no point using 5/3/1 or similar program when you can still progress using beginner Lp
