What is it? Enlighten me
its basically lifting a heavy weight against the force of gravity and making progression over time
(progressive overload =muscle growth)

its better cuz 1. the range of motion is better 2. equal growth on each side 3. you will be able to gain muscle faster 4. shorter training periods to see results
1. Ok 2. You can alternate sides with chewing for equal growth 3. No, because: 4. You can use mastic gum and add pieces to increase tension. When I overload with mastic gum my jaw hurts like shit and it's difficult. I doubt any safe weight (hanging off your teeth I imagine) could compare. Chewing is probably done for much longer. More volume, more growth. Also chewing is way more convenient and easier.

Seems like a pointless exercise, though I've never heard of it before.
