Has anyone tried the NOMAD city lifestyle (unhoused)

NOMAD city lifestyle during warm months. If I lived paycheck to paycheck I would 100% do it

-storage locker
-gym membership
-sleeping bag/tent for park sleeping
-chillin in the park most of the day
-work on starbucks/store wifi

manageable, if ur talking 30% of net income.

I think it's considered good if u do 20% on rent, 15% long term saving, 10% short term saving, 5% utilities, 10% groceries, and the rest on either investing, discretionary spend, fuckinf around etc.

Vanlife is overrated. Its something you do if you have no choice.

I would not recommend in a place like Florida but its doable in colder states. I've found 600 a month places with enough searching only stay there to sleep.

Or if you can manage later on in your life to open a successful online venture, there are many people who work from all over the world, rarely spending more than 1-2 years in the same place.

Many nations offer visas/work permits for these types of people.
