I saw this on /gif/ a long time ago, what you basically do is edge just past the point of no return and then stop immediately. If you do it right you will coom but you wont have a "full" orgasm and no refractory period so you can get back to cooming instantly and when you finally orgasm after doing this a couple times the orgasm will be very strong.
