It probably won't work, for bone remodeling it needs to be a constant pressure, thumb pulling would only work if you did it for like 12 hours straight.

Grab a blunt thin object and allign with the sutures then bring a hammer and swing it at the blunt object that lies in your suture
(Down sutures u cant do up get mse for that)

if u hit it strong enough u should hear a pop and mild pain now your good to go just thumb pull consistently and slowly and youll achive your results after getting your results go see a doctor about that suture

go to a specialized doctor and explain this

first theyll put u to sleep then perform an incision in the upper third where they can install a small piston on top of the orbitals that pushes downwards with a constant force based on wolf law the bone will be forced to remodel thus making the orbital natural position artificially lower than its intended genetic position post it should take around 2-3 years based on response speed

the doctor could take the piston out later after the operation has been completed think of this as braces for your orbitals
