Has anyone used aqualyx for medial fat?

I HAVE NEVER USED AQUALYX, DON'T USE AQUALX THIS IS ALL THEORY. TRAINED PROFESSIONALS SHOULD ONLY USE AQUALX!!

anyway, has anyone used aqualyx for medial cheek fat? I've heard that it's quite dangerous in that area and I'm curious to see if it can actually remove nasolabial folds. If there are any personal anecdotal evidence that it does please post it here
