I'll be ordering it soon but from the reviews I've read there are immediate temporary results that are pretty good, but don't last more than a day or so. Long term use gives the more permanent benefits.

just a spongy phallus for a few minutes. minor increase in thickness. decrease in erection quality that day. i think tadalafil use helps bypass this.
