Has anyone used Saw Palmetto serum/oil in hair for reducing scalp DHT?

I have seb dermatitis and acne but no hair loss. I'm wondering if my DHT is peaked right now, has anyone used this in oil form to control scalp dht? Im wondering if it can reduce regular hair shedding too
