Yeah, I've been low body fat before and it absolutely boosts smv. I have old pics of when I was skinnier (I'm still skinny just not as much) and I was way cuter. When I first got on adhd meds after quitting alcohol I lost 20 pounds in one month (I was on a strict diet of ground turkey and canned beans twice a day btw, not only that but the meds boost your metabolism and kill your appetite) and I went from looking like a tired and defeated round faced fuck to a slim and boyish young man with a smile on my face
