Has anyone worked in a virtual call centre?

Since I'm sub 4 autistic genetic trash, my only options for employment without wanting to kill myself are remote jobs. Due to low IQ, I could only get call centre jobs. Has anyone got experience working in one of these shitholes? Would I need to go on webcam? Thanks.

Yes u do but only a few times in the beginning. Its alright if u dont mind back to back calls sometimes. And helping mostly boomers out if in a csr role

How is it done? is there like some sort of cloud hub software that the call centre uses? seems confusing
