Has anyone worked up a god-tier diet that covers all micro and macro nutrients needs?

don't over think diet alot of people got food intolerances and allergies a perfect diet is unique to you and a power lifter isn't going to be eating what a bodybuilder does, a model isn't eating what a body builder does

I can eat everything, but yeah true, was just thinking macro and micro nutrient wise, then tailor it to my own needs
 
Is it wrong to only eat whole foods, or should I eat poison from time to time?

there is nothing wrong with having a cheat day every week, just moderate your proccessed foods
