Also, what does your diet consist of?
When do you go to sleep?
What kind of exercise do you do?
Wha supplements, peptides, etc. do you take (if any).

no exercise/0 supplements bc i know they are all unhealthy asf and 1500 maintincence calories a day(low activity) is my biohacking protocal and it mogs any other routine,its all about low stress and keeping your heart rate under 70 at all times

my skin just gets really good, only "Looksmax" i get from it. i just feel astronomical tho.

What kind of exercise do you do?
HIT cardio 1x a week and 3x a week normal cardio. I didnt started lifting weights. I stopped last year october.
Also, what does your diet consist of?
liver, chicken, tuna, salmon, kiwi, banana, apples and low glycemic diet carbs
Wha supplements, peptides, etc. do you take (if any).
d3 k2 and vitamin d in winter season - thats it, if you eat liver and eggs you dont need to take any supplements
When do you go to sleep?
This is so important, sleep in general. Especially in puberty. i often skip school to sleep more. I try to sleep 8-9 hrs a day. As much as i can.
You shouldnt go over 9 hrs a day. You should always go to bed at the same time. And keep cortisol levels low.

‘Biohacking’ I guess getting sunlight? Helps my mood, made my skin look a bit healthier.
