It helps slightly but I dont think it’ll make you or break you unless u are the size of a 12yo. For example the first time my current gf saw me, she said she thought im exactly her type. At the time I was wearing thick and big clothes so she couldnt even see my muscles. Its strange tho cuz I think im ltn.
