I have been trying to cut carbs, wake up early, take creatine and not cap too much. Any improvement. Also intermittent fasting is a big one @Daw @Lev Peshkov @Britishlooksmaxxer @christmasnight

Idk I barely workout that much maybe cardio a few times a week and mostly just do only chest and arms when I feel like it

No chance tbh your bones take years to grow and you can’t make significant muscle gains on the shoulder in 3 weeks

Can't see the difference, 3 weeks is too short time for anything drastic to happen. Keep at it tho.
