Has someone ever posted an extensive list of non-cope methods for looksmaxxing?

Title. I saw one about pubertymaxxing guide on botb (which is helpful since I'm in puberty jfl) but I was wondering if there was just a general list of things (eyes, coloring, hair, skin, etc.) all in one post. Idrc if there's not I'll just scroll botb but there's some cope there and it'd be easier if there was just one non-cope list of everything so no filtering is needed
