Per 2 Liter H20:

Potassium Chloride Powder = 1 tsp
Himalayan Pink Salt = 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda = 1 tsp
Magnesium Sulphate(Optional)= 1/2 tsp

(supposedly you can only drink it if you are doing prolonged fastings)
