I’m planning on using shoe lifts every day at uni, but I feel like by the second month my posture will be completely fucked. Has anyone gone through the same?

I put extra insoles in my shoes,my posture seemed fine.shoes might be a little tight though

That won’t change the comfort, it might be better to hide. I prefer to use insoles because I can use different shoes that I like, elevators shoes are ugly af.

Ngl sock method or basic insoles work I’ve frauded at most 3cm above shoe boost though so it’s not noticeable

elevators have less of a steep incline it will change the comfort
