Yes but just because someone doesn't have light hair doesn't mean they won't get ethnics, ethnics go crazy over whites in general , bonus if they have blue eyes and light hair. Same with nordic women, you can have light hair and still attract them

The actual truth is that coloring is the only part of looks that are subjective. Whatever coloring combo you can think of you’ll find a billion girls who are into it, but you can’t say the same for bones like chinlessness or cyclops ipd and shit.
