Has the obesity pandemic caused women's terrible treatment of men?

Just a theory

Women know that being obese leads to rejection and ghosting by men. Women who have slimmed down will notice how things change for them - in all walks of life more doors open for them. Women who have ballooned up will notice a drop in attractive and average men hitting on them.

Slim women with fat friends or fat sisters will all be aware they fair better, too. And women share a kinship/hivemind and discuss their relationship woes unlike men. I'm sure they discuss how terrible men can be to landwhales.

As foids realize they're only valued for their bodies, is this cut throat disregard for men not in the top 20% a counterstrike or revenge?
