Yeah I agree. They have to stretch the skin even more to hide sub cutaneous fat or other types.

I’m around 20% right now and want to just melt off as much fat as I can.

But I’ve read super high deficits cause more muscle loss

Maybe ben affleck is around 20 in some of his handsome roles. He’s proly much higher now.

Yeah Affleck I think even when ripped is like 20%+, my male therapist told me I'd lose appeal if I went much lower than that, cos it would look uncanny on me.

Also Ben Affleck is very inspiring, his life kind of follows a similar arc to us, despite his money and fame, with all the heartbreak, rehab (psych wards), addictions, body/fat issues, but then it turned out well for him in the end and him and jlo got married, 20 years later than planned.
