Just look at the life expectancy of each field?
If no, I'll tell you what I think. Usually low risk manual labor jobs are the ones with less stress. The most stressful jobs are manager level jobs (endless work and responsibilities) or jobs that require the most amount of expertise, for example, surgeons since they have to wake up in the middle of the night and go to the hospital to save a dying/injured person... and if the patient dies, a lot of guilt and blame will be on them.

Not sure but a lot of my out in the sun in Florida construction workers I knew are either dead or look rough for their age now. They have muscles but skin etc. aged like hell.

People with paperwork type jobs I know it depends whether they kept themselves in shape and/or if they are balding or not.
