I spoke to some expert he said it could potentially make the eyes wider, It just doesn't make sense unless my entire skull changes with the expansion, this could have been good marketing but he said I am almost the ideal candidate

What? That's not even what OBO would do. If you're trying to say a widening of the PFL and orbitals themselves then it's tripod osteotomy. Even then that probably does nothing, we wouldn't know since before and afters of the procedure don't exist on the internet.
