The guy I posted was a popular jock/bully I went to high school with.
Dumb jocks typically don't age well (that's what I'm learning as my high school classmates age)

When dumb jocks who weren't good enough for college/pro sports lose their identity (being a jock) after high school, they tend to let themselves go.
In the picture at 23 he was still young enough to hold onto his good looks. Yet as time went on, alcohol and drug abuse (which likely only got worse with the depression of losing his identity) took their toll on him.
