i haven't tried dating but I've been getting more compliments from people in general. From family members, friends, even my manager at work positively noticed my gains. I feel more respected

Fr tho, i went from invisible to girls dm'ing me weekly after gymceling and bloat maxing, went from 68kg 10% twink to 85kg 23% bf bloatlord. For some reason balkan women just look at size and nothing else, so my experience isn't accurate for all parts of this planet

As long as ur 5'10 and not noticably ugly facially then gym maxxing will increase your smv by a lot. Also being skinny is a huge fucking falio. Doesn't matter if you have broad shoulders if you're 6'1 and 115 pounds.

He's a larping dog don't listen to him. If you look through his posts @rupertpupkin many times bashes going to the gym he is anti gym the guy hasn't benched a day in his miserable life.

He thinks it's going to cause too much stress and age you he is retarded because he doesn't realize the difference between chronic stress and acute stress.

Acute is short term chronic is long term and studies consistently show working out at the gym and lifting weights reduce chronic stress. Of course acute stress occurs when you lift a weight but in the long term lifting weights releive stress and stress related baselines.

I have gotten compliments like 3 times ..1 time from jbs on Omegle , another time from a landwhale same on Omegle , 3rd time from a middle aged woman who wanted to see me shirtless ..in real life , i stay in a rural area with no women around me (atleast the ones I am into of my own ethnicity )they all go outside for jobs , education and stuff ..so I'm an incel

Save up & move to a big city ASAP
 
For real gym helps a ton with short term dating (clubbing settings, dating apps etc.), if that's a goal of yours, you should definitely get ripped

In relationships or if you use your social circles to get girls it's less important. Funny, center of the attention fat guy > ripped unkown dude

Imo if you're not completely subhuman and are in that middle range, like most of us. Increasing dimorphism and getting your ass in the gym (improving health indicators) is one of the best things you could ever do to your SMV

& other brands in my local area.

Maybe even be a nightclub promoter since I know one of the owners
