Manletism is the bigger problem. Looks can be saved with surgeries. Manlets only have LL which is basically assisted suicide.

LL gives guaranteed results though, facial surgeries there are many cases of guys who go under surgery again and again, failing to ascend. It probably only works if you are Deformed Chad, same way LL only works if you are Chad Manlet.

I've never anyone have LL and live a normal life ever again. The process alone is medieval era torture.
