Hate crimes against Asians

I recently came across a subreddit and there seem a lot of hate crimes culminating in the USA against Asians and most of the aggressors and murderers were blacks. I live in Germany and of course, not everyone likes Chinks, but I cannot remember that someone attacked them in the last few years. Do you have an explanation?

Damn I am not into chinks, but this is sad man. Why murdering and torturing peaceful people. We have problems with Middle Eastern refugees. Why would someone beat and kill those chinks
