probably has to do with your bowel movements and position when u r shitting
if you feel like this, its probably because ur body does have to take a shit and its highly likely that u r not shitting properly

ideal way to shit is in a squatting position, but yeah most western toilets make it impossible

also drink more water so that ur bowel muscles arent dry and hard
