Unless you have striking coloring or one in a billion hooded eye area it’s basically useless, for one growing top lashes is meaningless because they won’t be shown and second you have a built in aspie stare so people look at you with no trust. Ideal eye area has to be Vito basso tier or Damian kater

Hooding is one aspect of a good eye area and depending on how extreme it is in relation to your overall eye area it could actually be a failo
