My mom keeps insulting me daily for literally no reason.

scenario: i walk to the kitchen to get some milk and dont even look nor talk to my mom and she still gives me bitch looks and insults me

She also tells me that im fat and stuff (im 16%bf) even though shes overweight.

Also talks bad abt me to  all of my family and tells everyone that I dont shower (i shower  daily and she knows that)

What should I do to put an end to this
