It's human nature to be envious of others. But it's usually people who are extremely miserable with their lives who will try to be malicious over it.

I don't really understand those people who let it get to them to that extent. There is always someone doing better than you in any aspect of life. It's a really pathetic mindset to obsess over it.

It's really all comes down to luck in life which is again completely random. I don't see how that should bother people logically.
"Work what you have" sounds like blue pill advice but there's nothing you can do about it. Life is fundamentally unfair and I guess people don't like to be reminded of that.
