1. I never implied that, I was referring more to people with twink builds who inject test to get good physiques

2. So the problem isn't inherently looking like the other gender, but looking bad when doing so.

3. It's not about what their feel like, but what they are perceived as. If you have "confidence" and tell yourself you look good, it does nothing. But if you get surgeries and look good, then you are perceived that way, and the same applies to trans people.
