Haunted by nightmare entities

a creature appeared at my window 3 nights ago, i couldn’t get a good look at the creature but I knew it was grotesque. It let own a loud groan then slithered back into the night, I haven’t been able to sleep since then, I’ve been in a constant state of anxiety and terror. I started smoking more methamphetamine to cool my nerves, but it just got worse.
