Have a peaked naturally?

I’m been told is my eye area is bad and i need surgery but I don’t want to do that due to the risks so I’m just gonna accept that. I’m just wondering if there’s anything softmaxes a can do all around that could help me improve or if I’ve peaked naturally without surgery or is surgery the only way to improve. (Please no bs I’m just trying to better myself also I’m new here)
