Have all the attractive foids moved to Miami?

There are barely any 8+/10 foids above the age of 18 anywhere I live...I see white chads with mid rice foids all the time here in the bay area, barely any attractive non-asians...I used to constantly see 8+ foids decade and a half ago...have the 8+ foids all realized they can find rich guy or life mog in Miami or something?
