Fagga alone will make your face not aesthetically pleasing. It’s most likely your maxilla isn’t upswung and your face will ruin. mse+fm then fagga would suffice. Wonder how’d you look with all those implants.

wonder if the ortho will know if you have a bunch implants lmaooo
