You should get it checked out, if it was affecting your heart and lungs you'd be sure of it. I can't do anything physical without being winded and getting heartburn and palpitations. It's a long and pricey process but it's worth it if it affects your everyday life. If it doesn't and you can function normally, it's nothing to worry about.

if its a cosmetic procedure like rhino or something i would lowkey hate to get it during the school year tho cuz i feel like people would judge me and shit, better to wait til u graduate atp.

if you get them saddled it won't be obvious since that area also contains soft tissue - fat grafting/filler is an inferior option to infras so it's easier to pin it on soft tissue changes. Anything with the jaw or cheekbones is a no it's way too obvious
