I'm not hungry for several days at lunch or dinner, but I eat out of ''obligation'' for being normal, as if that's what makes sense

imagine if i only ate when i was hungry, how many calories would i have discarded? today I would have less than 10 bf. keeping in mind that I'm 21 years old, imagine 21 years old eating only when you're HUNGRY

i would be a natural leanmaxxer

I don't really feel hunger tbh.

When I don't eat for a few days. I just feel low-energy. Not 'hungry', whatever that is.

Yeah, its actually an autism trait.

Im diagnosed, and i absolutely hate eating. Even if im hungry eating feels like a chore.

The only reason i eat is to not lose weight:fuk:

What's an example of when this happens? I've had to deal with this and I just usually make up excuses and it works.
