I really think we need to only be eating one meal a day to get super low body fat, while still maintaining a relatively intense work-out schedule.

I used to try omad, but they sucked for me, the best what worked for me is:
breakfast: 8 am
main meal: 12-13
last meal: 16-17
I have energy whole day, pooping once every morning, have good sleep quality beacuse of it.

How many calories is your one meal and when would you normally eat it?

OMAD is shit, it slows down metabolism. I’m eating 5-6 times a day and I’m as lean as it gets

I've eaten one meal a day for years and didn't notice any downsides, you can work out on it, you can cut body with it, you can bulk with it, etc.

The downside for me is it gives me low energy the longer the day goes on.

Now I prefer 16-8 or 20-4, which will include 1 big meal and a few protein filled snacks a couple hours later.

Doesn't really matter how many times a day you eat for getting lean, the only thing that matters is your caloric consumption in the long term stays low enough for body fat loss.

For me OMAD was also a way of keeping skin inflammation nonexistent. My skin got red and unpleasant undertones when eating several times a day due to blood sugar spikes. Skin cleared up on one meal a day.
