I want to increase my height, and I am starting to follow the advice of The Grow Taller Guru. I would like to know if any of you have done heightmaxxing and have obtained positive results, managing to increase a few centimeters. It would be nice to read good testimonials. Taking alot of protein, good posture (very important), cold showers, stretching, that's all i did

Dint get them at all. Reasson being althought im 4'11 i had already enough of growth hormones when they check the blood work. Biggest L i ever took.
