Have anyone here tried A313 Pommade as a substitute for Retin A / tretinoin?

Found this

"So here's my assumption. I think by "200,000 IU of vitamin A," the brand means 200,000 IU of retinoic acid. In other words, A313 contains a high enough amount of retinol esters to be equivalent to 0.12 percent retinoic acid. That means A313 would be on par with a 0.1 percent prescription Retin-A!"

This pommade doesn't contain any retinoic acid, but instead contains a blend of retinyl esterswhich are very far removed from the potent acid found in prescription tretinoin. These esters may or may not work in the skin to boost collagen (very formula dependent). A lot of people find results with this product though, so if you love it then go for it. However it is not the same thing as tretinoin by any means. I'm honestly surprised the author said this.
