Standard dosages vary, usually a standard dose is anywhere from 1g-3g. Once you get to 3-3.5g thats the higher dosages so expect stronger results. Everyone reacts differently, some people claim they changed their lives. The best way to describe it is they make you think heavily, so you'll think about alot of aspects of life, and how to improve. As for long term consequences, not too sure. If you do them from time to time, and normal dosages you realistically won't have any. If you do insane dosages every single day then you might go schizo.
