I had an appointment with him 2 years ago where I had blackpilled discussions with him but he avoided talking about my surgery plans. Then I had to wait years for insurance and in the meantime he told me I'm too old (21) now for IMDO. I'm seeing him tomorrow so I can get IMDO so I get to keep wisdom teeth. I will ask him anything you wish.

Why can't you get a split osteotomy instead? Or does he refuse to do it?

You generally get IMDO at ages 12-18.
