have CW rotation and CCW rotation at the same time

i have a treatment with Class II elastics where I need to lower upper molars but the elastics move the lower jaw backwards so I need to also have CCW rotation at the same time to avoid recession. Any tips?

I don't think that's possible. Can you move backwards and forward at the same time? No, because there would be no movement, clockwise and counterclockwise rotations are opposing movements, if you try to do both at the same time you won't move.

Do CW first, then CCW.
