yeah all ive done rn is start skincare using tretinoin, azalaic acid ect and grow my hair out, oral minox its nothing major so far but im just asking if its done anything albeit small, im about to hop on so we'll see what happens when i go all in thanks for the input

Just eat good food, drink 2-3 liters water a day and hit the gym. This is all basic knowledge but it actually is very good
